About the role

We're looking for a reliable, organised and detail-focused person to help with the day-to-day running of our busy warehouse and retail operation in the spa and pool parts industry.

Initial hours: Approximately 9:00am to 1:00-2:00pm, Monday to Thursday during our busy Spring and Summer season. Some Friday work may also be available. There is potential for additional hours in the future as the role develops.

Key responsibilities

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately

- Receiving, checking and putting away incoming stock

- Serving customers in our showroom

- Answering phones and assisting with customer enquiries

- Keeping the showroom and warehouse clean, organised and presentable

- General day-to-day warehouse and retail duties as required





- Learning our product range so you can progressively assist customers with parts identification and basic product enquiries

About you

We're looking for someone who:

- Is reliable and turns up when expected, particularly on Mondays

- Has excellent attention to detail, accuracy and neatness

- Is organised and able to work efficiently

- Is comfortable dealing with customers in person and over the phone

- Is confident using computers and learning recent systems

- Can work independently once trained

- Is willing and able to learn a fairly large technical product range

- Is capable of normal warehouse lifting and handling

- Is comfortable working on their feet for most of the shift

- Takes pride in doing things properly rather than rushing through them
