Smoke & Dough is looking for an experienced, fast and reliable Pizza Maker / Kebab & Doner Hand to join our team in Warrandyte.

This is a hands-on role in a busy kitchen, so we are looking for someone who already has relevant experience and can work quickly, accurately and consistently during busy service periods.

Pizza Responsibilities

- Preparing and cutting fresh ingredients
- Preparing pizza dough
- Portioning and handling dough
- Using a dough roller to prepare pizza bases
- Preparing and organising pizza toppings
- Topping and making pizzas accurately and consistently
- Operating the pizza section during service
- Cutting, boxing and packing pizzas for takeaway and delivery
- Maintaining a clean and organised workstation
- Working quickly while maintaining quality and presentation

Kebab / Doner Responsibilities

- Previous experience with doner kebab preparation
- Confidently using a kebab shaver to slice doner meat
- Preparing kebab orders
- Making and wrapping kebab wraps neatly and quickly
- Portioning ingredients consistently
- Working efficiently during busy service periods
- Maintaining cleanliness and food-safety standards

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in pizza making, kebab/doner preparation, or a similar quick-paced commercial kitchen is highly preferred.

- Comfortable working under pressure




- Able to work as part of a team
- Experienced in food preparation and commercial kitchen operations
- Available for evening and weekend shifts

Location

Warrandyte, VIC

This is an on-site position. Applicants should already be in Australia and must be able to reliably travel to and from Warrandyte for scheduled shifts.
