We are looking for an experienced, reliable and energetic Pizza Maker / Fast Food Cook to join our busy restaurant team in Warrandyte.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pizza making, fast food or a busy commercial kitchen and be comfortable working efficiently during busy service periods.

Experience with kebab preparation and service is highly regarded but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

Pizza Making

- Prepare pizza dough and ingredients for daily service
- Portion and prepare dough for pizza production
- Use a commercial dough roller to prepare consistent pizza bases
- Prepare and cut vegetables, meats, cheese and other toppings
- Sauce and top pizzas accurately according to recipes and orders
- Operate commercial pizza ovens safely and efficiently
- Monitor cooking times and maintain consistent quality
- Cut, portion and package pizzas for dine-in, takeaway and delivery
- Manage multiple orders efficiently during busy service periods
- Maintain consistent portion sizes, presentation and product quality
- Restock and organise the pizza station throughout service

Fast Food & Kebab
- Assist with the preparation and service of kebabs and other fast-food menu items
- Prepare meats, salads, vegetables, sauces and other ingredients
- Assemble kebabs, wraps and related menu items
- Assist with cooking and food preparation across different kitchen stations
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods
- Maintain speed, accuracy and consistency when preparing orders

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience as a Pizza Maker, Pizza Cook, Fast Food Cook,



Kebab Cook or in a similar commercial kitchen role
- Pizza-making experience is highly regarded
- Kebab or Middle Eastern / Turkish fast-food experience is an advantage
- Experience with dough preparation, dough rolling, toppings and pizza ovens is preferred
- Good food preparation and knife skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple orders during busy periods
- Strong attention to portion control, presentation and consistency
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Positive communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to maintain a clean and organised workstation
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
