Core Talent is seekingexperienced Mobile Plant Operators for a long-term FIFO civil construction projects in Western Australia.

This is a technical civil construction role requiring operators with robust experience in detailed excavation, trenching and digging to grade. This is not a bulk earthworks or production mining position.

The Role

You will operate a combination of:

- Excavators
- Skid Steers
- Integrated Tool Carriers / IT Loaders
- Graders
- Dozers
- Rollers
- HR Trucks

Work will include:
- Detailed excavation to specified levels, grades and dimensions
- Service trenching and drainage
- Footings, foundations and structural excavation
- Earthworks and final trimming
- Grading, levelling and formation
- Bedding, backfilling and reinstatement
- Material handling and precision placement
- Working around services, structures and trades

What We're Looking For: We're looking for genuine civil construction operators, not simply candidates who hold the relevant tickets.

You will need demonstrated experience with:

- Digging to grade and level




- Detailed civil excavation
- Service trenching
- Excavation around services and structures
- Working to set-out, levels or construction drawings
- Working safely around trades and other site personnel

Mandatory Requirements
- Current WA HR Licence - Mandatory
- White Card
- Minimum 3 years' civil or mine-site construction experience in WA
- Excavator Tickets
- Skid Steer Ticket
- Wheeled Front End Loader / IT Loader Ticket
- Grader Ticket
- Dozer Ticket
- NPC within the last 6 months

Multi-skilled operators with multiple tickets are strongly preferred. If you have a strong background in detailed civil earthworks, trenching and precision excavation, apply now with your resume and current tickets/VOCs.
