WORK FROM HOME SENIOR MORTGAGE PROCESSOR (OFFSHORE PHILIPPINES REQUIRED)

An opportunity to join one of Australia's best-known & most trusted Finance and Mortgage Broking companies. Due to growth in the Company, we currently have available full-time position for a home-based Senior Mortgage Processor in our Processing Team, allowing you to work with a multi-award-winning and fast-growing Mortgage Brokerage. It doesn't matter where you are based in the Philippines. We are spread across three states currently and three countries currently.

- Strong command of business English with a clear, articulate telephone manner
- Robust communication skills when dealing with clients, lenders, solicitors, our own Team, and settlement agents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills and an ability to multi-task and prioritise are essential to this role
- Holds a high level of attention to detail skills. there are no room for errors in this role.
- Already fully understands Bank's Credit Policies and Debt servicing calculators
- Already fully understands how to process and settle a Mortgage and provide Post Settlement Support
- Must be able to work at a fast pace and ensure everything is compliant and submitted accurately. No MIRS are required.

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a current Mortgage Processor. Please do not apply if you haven't got this.

Duties

- You will be working on processing Mortgages once our Credit Managers pass the deal over to the Processing Team.
- You will be collecting & checking all supporting documents and checking debt servicing.
- You will Liaise and workshop MIRs with Bank Credit Managers and Business Development Managers where needed.
- You will be responsible for queries from clients
- You will need to be able to use our Aggregators Software and CRM which is Salestrekker
- Detailed knowledge of Compliance, Legislative and Regulatory requirements within the Home lending industry, relating to Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Financing of Terrorism;
- Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and administrative ability
