Key Responsibilities

- Drive a customer-focused culture, creating a memorable and seamless experience with every interaction
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment consistent with the brand’s fun nature
- Engage and empower the team through ongoing training,



mentoring and collaboration
- Convert customer interactions to sales by demonstrating product knowledge
- Collaborate with State Leadership to build an effective and profitable store
- Motivate the team to meet sales targets and key performance indicators
- Drive operational excellence, manage rosters and back-of-house administration

The Ideal Candidate

- Minimum 2 years of experience as a retail Store Manager
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to exceed sales, wages and shrinkage KPIs in line with budgets
- Natural leader focused on learning and development of an engaged team
- Ability to retain technical product knowledge and passion for the Allkinds No Gross Stuff approach
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with customers
- Ability to analyse and organise stock to maximise sales on the shop floor
