The Role

As our Property Manager, you will be responsible (with help of an assistant) for the end-to-end management of a well-maintained, local portfolio. You’ll have the autonomy to manage your workload effectively while being fully supported by a collaborative and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities

- Managing a residential portfolio of 130 – 160 properties
- Liaising professionally with landlords and tenants




- Conducting routine inspections and managing maintenance
- Coordinating repairs and trades
- Managing rent reviews and lease renewals
- Ensuring compliance with Victorian tenancy legislation
- Arrears management and general portfolio administration
