Location: Perth, Western Australia

We’re seeking an experienced Electrical Field Engineer to join a respected Australian contracting business delivering large-scale energy and resources projects nationwide.

This permanent position offers the opportunity to play a key role on a major LNG and infrastructure development, working within a team that values safety, collaboration, and community.

The Role

As the on-site technical authority for electrical works, you’ll bridge design and field execution—ensuring installations meet specification, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to construction and supervision teams
- Interpret electrical drawings and specifications accurately
- Identify and resolve field engineering issues promptly
- Verify quality per Australian Standards (AS/NZS 3000) and project requirements




- Champion safety and contribute to commissioning and handover activities

About You

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years’ field-based experience on large construction projects
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Knowledge of hazardous area (Ex) electrical systems desirable
- FIFO or remote-site experience preferred
- Full working rights in Australia
