About the role:

We’re working with several leading asset managers and superannuation funds gearing up for major change across their investment platforms - and that includes expanding their Application Support teams to manage and optimise BlackRock Aladdin environments.

We’re interested in hearing from candidates with:

- Experience providing Level 1 - 3 application support for BlackRock Aladdin
- Exposure to investment operations, trading or funds management environments
- Strong stakeholder engagement across front, middle and back office
- Hands-on troubleshooting, incident response and root cause analysis
- Order Management System (OMS)
- Performance and Risk Analytics
- Data Warehouse / EDM
- API, file-based or real-time integration troubleshooting




- Aladdin Workspace and Dashboards

Skill Set:

- Solid experience with SQL (for querying, investigating data issues)
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux commands and job scheduling tools (e.g. Autosys)
- Familiarity with SFTP, API logs or ETL workflows
- Monitoring tools (Geneos, Splunk, AppDynamics or similar)
- Understanding of incident, problem and change management processes (e.g. ITIL)
