This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Analyst seeking broader responsibility, direct exposure to senior bankers and clients, and the chance to work on high-quality transactions within a lean, entrepreneurial and technically rigorous advisory environment.

What You'll Do
n
n
- Support the execution of M&A;, capital advisory and strategic corporate finance mandates across private treaty and public market transactions
n
- Build and maintain detailed financial models, valuation analyses and transaction workstreams to support live mandates and client advice
n
- Prepare high-quality client materials, including information memoranda, management presentations, board papers, buyer research, strategic analyses and transaction documentation
n
- Assist with sell-side and buy-side processes, including buyer/investor targeting, market mapping, due diligence coordination, process management and transaction execution
n
- Conduct sector, company and market research to support both live transactions and origination initiatives
n
- Work closely with senior bankers across client meetings, transaction strategy, negotiations and long-term relationship development
n
- Coordinate key execution tasks across live mandates, liaising with clients, counterparties, lawyers, accountants, investors and other advisers
n
- Review and support analyst-level work where appropriate, maintaining high standards across financial analysis, presentation quality and execution detail
n

What You'll Bring
n
n
- 2-4 years' experience in investment banking, corporate advisory or lead M&A; advisory.
n
- Demonstrated exposure to M&A;, capital raisings, public market transactions, strategic reviews or broader corporate finance assignments
n
- Strong financial modelling, valuation, analytical and presentation capability
n
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with robust attention to detail
n
- Commercial judgement, intellectual curiosity and the ability to work closely with senior stakeholders
n
- Ability to perform under pressure in a high-expectation, transaction-driven environment
n
- HD/D average grade achieved in Finance, Commerce, Economics, Accounting, Law or a related discipline
n
- CFA, CA or similar professional progression viewed favourably but not essential
n
