Southport Sharks is seeking a highly organised Purchasing Officer to streamline our procurement and stores operations. This role focuses on accuracy, efficiency and cost effectiveness across multiple departments, including collaboration with the Executive Chef and kitchen teams.

You will drive stockreceipts, stocktakes and process improvements while ensuring compliance with policies and food safety standards. A proactive, detail‑oriented mindset and solid communication are essential.
