Role Description This is a part time, remote role for a PPC Specialist / Affiliate Manager. The person in this role will plan, execute, and optimize pay-per-click campaigns across search and social platforms to drive qualified leads and conversions for renewable energy services.

Daily activities include managing affiliate partners, monitoring performance, adjusting bids and budgets, creating and testing ad copy and landing pages, and coordinating tracking and reporting. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to align PPC and affiliate strategies with sales targets, providing performance insights, and recommending improvements based on analytics. The specialist will ensure campaigns comply with brand guidelines and any applicable regulations while continuously testing new channels and tactics.

Qualifications

- Affiliate Management and Account Management skills to recruit, onboard, support,



and optimize affiliate partners.
- Strong Communication and Sales skills to collaborate with internal teams, negotiate with partners, and support lead generation and revenue goals.
- Online Marketing experience, including PPC strategy, campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Ability to analyze campaign data, interpret KPIs, and use tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic analytics platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented work style with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with renewable energy or technical B2B industries is an advantage.
- Relevant education or certifications in marketing, business, or a related field are beneficial.
