Your Role

- Lead daily operations and support a busy,



successful practice
- Deliver high‑quality dispensing and customer service
- Mentor and develop the dispensing team

- Contribute to practice growth and exceptional patient care

You Bring

- Proven optical dispensing experience
- Management or leadership experience (preferred)

- Certificate IV in Optical Dispensing (preferred)
- Robust communication skills and a flair for eyewear styling
