About the Role

Join the Pricing and Analytics team to advance how technology, data and AI support pricing decisions across Consumer Insurance. You will design scalable solutions using advanced analytics, Generative AI and agentic workflows. Working with business, technology, data, risk and governance teams, you will turn complex pricing challenges into secure, production-ready solutions.

You will also strengthen engineering practices across key platforms and support the responsible adoption of emerging technology. Your work will improve operational efficiency, build technical capability and deliver meaningful value for customers and the business.

What You'll Do

- Design and operationalise advanced analytics, Generative AI and agentic workflow solutions for pricing
- Automate pricing processes to improve efficiency, decision quality and customer outcomes
- Establish responsible AI, governance and risk practices across new and existing solutions
- Strengthen platform governance, reusable assets and engineering standards across Databricks, Posit and AWS
- Embed automated testing, source control, CI/CD, observability and technical documentation
- Assess emerging AI and pricing technologies for practical business and customer value

What You'll Bring

- Experience delivering production-grade data, analytics or AI solutions through the full development lifecycle
- Advanced skills in Python, SQL, R and Bash scripting
- Practical experience with Databricks, Posit, AWS, Jenkins and modern deployment frameworks
- Knowledge of Generative AI, large language models,



orchestration frameworks and agentic workflows
- Strong understanding of solution architecture, automated testing, code review, monitoring and governance
- Experience in pricing, insurance or financial services, with relevant tertiary qualifications viewed favourably
