Salary Range: SOF Level 4 $36.98 - $38.14 gross per hour

Employment Type: Term-Time, Permanent Position | 32 hours per week

MacKillop Catholic College , a master-planned Prep to Year 12 College located in the growing southern corridor of Cairns, was established in 2016 with Prep-Year 3 classes. About The Role The School Learning Officer - Student Engagement's role is specifically to support student engagement in learning. This will include assisting students to regulate their emotions, responding to student escalations and exploring challenges that impact students' abilities to engage across learning environments. This assistance may also extend to planning and resourcing interventions for students,



delivered by the School Learning Officer - Student Engagement and/or other staff members.

This position works under the supervision of the Deputy Principal - Head of Primary.
