The Role

As a Principal Investigator, you will lead and manage a team which conducts a range of compliance, enforcement programs and investigation activities into relevant legislation administered by Consumer Protection.

- Coordinating overt and covert inspection activities as part of compliance and enforcement programs to identify and pursue breaches of legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Developing best practice compliance and investigation skills.




- Providing high level advice to consumers and industry operations about complex and sensitive compliance.
- Manage the operations of the team including human, financial and physical resources to deliver quality compliance, enforcement and investigative outcomes.
