LTM Australia is looking for experienced React Native Mobile Application Developers to join our growing Digital Engineering practice.

We are looking for developers who are passionate about building high-quality mobile applications and can work across the full application lifecycle — from technical design and development through to testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation.

This is an opportunity to work on enterprise-scale digital and mobile transformation programs with leading Australian organisations.

What you'll be doing

- Design, develop and maintain high-quality iOS and Android mobile applications using React Native
- Build reusable, scalable and maintainable components and mobile application architectures
- Translate business and technical requirements into robust mobile solutions
- Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, backend services and third-party platforms
- Work closely with UX/UI designers, Business Analysts, Architects and other engineering teams
- Develop automated unit, integration and UI tests to ensure application quality
- Troubleshoot, debug and optimise application performance
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best practices
- Support CI/CD pipelines and mobile application release processes
- Contribute to technical design, documentation and continuous improvement

What we're looking for





- Strong commercial experience developing mobile applications using React Native
- Strong JavaScript and/or TypeScript skills
- Solid understanding of React, React Native and mobile application architecture
- Experience developing for both iOS and Android
- Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs and backend services
- Experience with state management frameworks such as Redux, Zustand or similar
- Understanding of mobile security, performance optimisation and application lifecycle management
- Experience with Git and modern CI/CD practices
- Strong understanding of software development principles, clean code and design patterns
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice to have

- Native iOS or Android development experience using Swift, Objective-C, Kotlin or Java
- Experience with Firebase
- Experience with automated mobile testing frameworks
- Experience publishing and managing applications through the Apple App Store and Google Play
- Cloud experience across Azure, AWS or GCP
- Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery environments
