Job Description

We are seeking a State Sales Manager to join our driven Sales Team and lead business development and account management for the Urban channel state-wide. The ideal candidate would drive revenue by building strong relationships with builders and merchants.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, your key responsibilities include:

n

- Providing strategic direction, management, and coaching to the State Sales Team.
n
- Developing and implementing plans to achieve revenue goals.
n
- Identify and grow recent partnerships and key opportunities.
n
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
n
- Lead and coordinate the team to achieve sales targets.
n
- Liaise with Customer Service, Planning and Logistics teams.
n
- Monitor competitors and contribute to market strategy.
n
- Maintain strong internal relationships and update knowledge regularly.
n

About You

n

n
- 3 + years sales experience in building, construction or manufacturing
n
- Strong knowledge of the residential building market
n
- Proven leadership and relationship management skills
n
- Initiative, problem‐solving ability and customer focused mindset.
n
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organisational skills.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
n
- Willingness to travel as required.
n
