About the Role

You'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice, working closely with the Business Manager/Owner while inspiring your team to deliver exceptional patient experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, supporting and motivating dentists, assistants, and front office staff
n
- Driving team performance, development, and engagement

- Managing inductions, performance reviews, and training programs
n
- Ensuring smooth operations and outstanding service delivery
