About The Role The Process Improvement Manager works closely with the senior management team within the Education, Experience and Employability portfolio and key business partners across the University to lead and deliver effective organisational change, process improvement and operational initiatives. As a member of the Service Delivery team within Student Administration, the Process Improvement Manager leads innovative and collaborative business improvement initiatives that enhance the delivery of student administration services. The role supports the Service Delivery team to translate and embed the University’s strategic priorities across the student lifecycle, driving continuous improvement and strengthening operational capability.
Working in partnership with stakeholders across the University, the Process Improvement Manager facilitates the delivery of service obligations and identifies opportunities to improve processes, systems and ways of working. The role also contributes to building staff capability and supporting a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and service excelle nce within Student Administration .
This is a full-time, fixed-term position until end of October 2027 at our Hawthorn campus.
About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities:
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively, implement quality assurance practices and contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with staff, students and internal and external stakeholders, providing trusted advice and support.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing process improvement frameworks, initiatives and programs of work, including effective change management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues, assess risks and make well-informed decisions.
- Demonstrated experience from within a university environment will be highly regarded.
