We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Procurement Manager to join our team. This prospect is based at our Foodworks Burnside. The position offers a competitive salary, commensurate with experience and skill level.

RESPONSIBILITIES

● Developing, implementing, and overseeing procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution strategies, policies, and operational plans.

● Planning and managing inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability while keeping overall costs to a minimum.

● Establishing and negotiating supplier agreements to achieve the required standards of quality, pricing, and delivery.

● Reviewing and managing inventory and storage processes to ensure continuous supply and effective control of stock levels.





● Maintaining inventory tracking and documentation systems to monitor the movement of supplies and finished products and identify appropriate times for replenishment.

● Coordinating with internal teams and customers to understand requirements for dispatched goods and arrange suitable transportation and delivery services.

● Supervising the accurate documentation and processing of purchasing, warehousing, and distribution activities.

● Allocating duties to staff, supervising day-to-day activities, and assessing staff performance to ensure operational efficiency.

● Managing the delivery of products and services in line with customer and client needs and expectations.

ATTRIBUTES

● Minimum 1 year qualification is required as a Procurement Manager,

● Minimum 1 year experience in a relevant discipline is required,

● Committed to adhere to safety protocols and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries at work.

Pay: $81,000.00 – $83,000.00 per year
