About the role:

- Support the KIIS Adelaide Breakfast team to create engaging, audience-focused content that entertains, informs and creates memorable moments.
- Assist with daily show planning, content development and execution, aligned to the show and station strategy.
- Source, record, edit and prepare audio, interviews and content for the show .
- Screen callers, coordinate audience interactions and help uncover compelling listener stories.
- Create and capture content for activations, live broadcasts and special events.
- Work collaboratively with content, marketing, commercial and activation teams to deliver engaging audience experiences.
- Stay across pop culture, entertainment news and emerging trends to generate fresh content ideas.
- Fulfil on-air announcing duties, including workday, weekend and stand-in shifts across KIIS Adelaide and the KIIS Network when required

About you:

- A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role in a metropolitan, provincial or regional radio station.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments
- Experience as an on-air announcer and anchor
- Experience using radio playout software (Zetta)




- Good communication skills and confidence in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinker.
- Able to work under pressure and deliver to deadlines.
