About The role

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the Product Coordinator will work closely with product leads, development teams, PHNs, vendors and stakeholders to coordinate product roadmaps, manage operational service delivery activities and support the successful delivery of enhancements and projects.

Acting as a delegated proxy for Product Owners where required, you'll help prioritise development work, coordinate releases, facilitate stakeholder engagement and ensure product activities align with business objectives and governance frameworks.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery while working in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.

?Employment Type: Full-time contract for 2 years

? Location: WAPHA Head Office, Level 2, 1 Hood Street, Subiaco (Hybrid role)

? Salary: Band 5 ($114k Plus 12% Superannuation)

Key tasks and responsibilities:





- Coordinate the operational delivery and ongoing support of assigned digital products and services.
- Develop, maintain and communicate product roadmaps, priorities and enhancement plans.
- Facilitate backlog management and prioritisation using Agile delivery methodologies.
- Support incident management, problem resolution and service improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate deployments, integrations and product releases.
- Prepare reports, project updates and governance documentation.
- Build strong relationships with PHNs, vendors and stakeholders across Australia.
- Promote product adoption through stakeholder engagement, communication and training activities.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement across service delivery and operational processes.

About you To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following selection criteria:

You are a proactive and organised digital professional who enjoys working with a diverse range of stakeholders and can confidently bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

Essential Experience & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies and associated certifications or practical experience.
- Experience managing or supporting cloud-native applications and services.
- Knowledge of Azure-based environments and cloud platforms.
- Understanding of ITIL, ITSM or service management frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.
- Strong customer service focus and stakeholder orientation.

Preferred Skills & Experience

1. Experience working with product management, service delivery or digital platforms.
2. Experience using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, Asana or similar platforms.
3.



Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
