We are currently seeking experienced Excavator/Dozer Operators to join the operations of one of our Tier 1 mining clients across multiple sites in Western Australia. This is a fantastic opportunity for reliable, knowledgeable, and safety-focused operators looking for stability, recent challenges, and a supportive team environment.

The role

Roster: 2:1 – Days & Nights

Rate: $70 PH Dozer Operator

$75-$80 per hour-Excavator Operator based on experience

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 4 years’ production digging and Dozer experience
- 400+-tonne excavator experience (minimum requirement)



or D10,D11 experience
- Minestar experience (essential) for Excavator
- Previous experience working around and loading Autonomous Dump Trucks (ADT)
- Strong safety focus and ability to work in a high-production mining environment
- National Police Clearance certificate (Within 6 months)
- Excavator/Dozer ticket and ability to pass the VOC on site
- Current Valid Driver's License
- Australian work rights
