Blanc Space is seeking an experienced Production Manager with a trade background in carpentry, joinery or shopfitting and ideally 3+ years’ experience in commercial environments. This hybrid role sits at the centre of our manufacturing, production and installation pipeline, overseeing the creation of our custom playgrounds and experiential products for top‑tier clients across retail, hospitality, commercial and airport sectors.

You’ll work closely with designers, suppliers, manufacturers and installation teams to bring concepts to life, ensuring every project is delivered safely, accurately, on time and on budget. This role suits motivated, practical thinkers who enjoy creative freedom, problem solving and pushing the boundaries of innovation.

Objectives of the Role

- Take an active role in production planning and workflow optimisation
- Manage delivery schedules to ensure on‑time completion
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact production or installation timelines
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient project delivery

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, manufacturers and contractors
- Work with the design team to translate concepts into production-ready solutions
- Partner with internal teams to engineer products within cost parameters
- Own end‑to‑end production solutions for each project
- Coordinate prototype development with external suppliers
- Manage site-based installation,



commissioning and maintenance (reactive and preventative)
- Oversee installation sequencing, safety compliance and quality assurance
- Interpret technical drawings and ensure fabrication accuracy
- Conduct site visits, quality checks and resolve issues proactively
- Manage project budgets with management, procurement and scheduling
- Track milestones and provide status updates to management

Who We’re Looking For

- Preferred 3+ years’ experience in production, construction, fabrication or fit‑out
- Trade background in carpentry, joinery or shopfitting
- Demonstrated ability to take projects from concept through to completion
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Confident coordinating multiple stakeholders and moving parts
- Practical, solutions‑focused mindset with solid attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple concurrent projects
- Comfortable working both on‑site and in workshop environments
- Driver’s licence
- White card required for onsite works
