Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead our Seaford site and play a key role in driving operational performance, team success, and outstanding repair outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily workshop operations and production planning
- Ensure repairs are completed to the highest quality standards and within target timeframes
- Drive workshop efficiency, productivity, and key-to-key performance
- Foster a positive safety culture and maintain a safe working environment
- Coach, mentor,
and develop team members to achieve their full potential
- Monitor repair processes and ensure industry best practices are followed
- Assess vehicles throughout the repair process and identify additional repair requirements when necessary
About You
- Proven experience managing an automotive repair workshop, preferably within the collision repair industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
- Trade qualifications in Panel Beating and/or Spray Painting highly regarded
- Positive, hands-on leadership style with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Intermediate computer skills
- Australian working rights
