About the Role

As a Production Operator based in Ararat, you will be responsible for assembling electrical harnesses and components while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You’ll work closely with supervisors and team members to maintain efficiency and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

- Assembling electrical harnesses and components (don’t worry, we’ll train you!)
- Following clear work instructions to get the job done safely and efficiently
- Working with a great team to hit production targets and maintain top quality
- Keeping your workspace clean and organised
- Undertake manual handling tasks, including lifting, standing for extended periods, and working with hand tools

✔ Hands-on skills – you’re good with tools and working with your hands

✔ A positive attitude – you take initiative and aren’t afraid to learn

✔ Basic reading and maths skills (essential)
