We want to hear from:

- Experienced Production Workers
- Boilermakers, Welders and Fabricators
- Mechanical Fitters and Fitter and Turners
- CNC Machinists and CNC Operators
- Sheet Metal Workers
- Electricians
- Mechanical Assemblers
- Experienced Trade Assistants

Experience gained in automotive, agricultural equipment, construction, industrial maintenance or other manufacturing environments may also be relevant. You do not need to fit one job title perfectly. If you are mechanically minded, confident using tools and take pride in quality work, we want to hear from you.

Workshop, site work and travel

ICA offers more than one type of working environment.

Depending on your skills, experience and preferences, opportunities may include:

- Predominantly workshop-based manufacturing
- Site installation and commissioning
- A practical combination of workshop and site work
- Interstate travel supporting major customer projects across Australia

Some people prefer building equipment in a well-equipped workshop. Others enjoy getting out on site, working with customers and seeing the completed equipment installed and operating. For the right people, there are plenty of opportunities to travel and broaden your experience on major national projects. Travel is an opportunity,



not a requirement for every production position.

What you’ll work on

This is not repetitive production-line work.

Depending on your skills and experience, you could be involved in:

- Welding and fabrication
- CNC machining
- Laser and tube-laser cutting
- Press-brake and sheet-metal work
- Mechanical fitting and assembly
- Electrical fit-out
- Site installation
- Testing and commissioning

You will work on varied, custom-engineered equipment and see projects progress from raw material through to complete operating systems. Why join ICA?
