Role Description The Owner role at VOX in Bandung is a full-time, on-site position responsible for leading the local organization’s strategy, operations, and growth. The Owner oversees business development, client relationships, and project delivery, ensuring that solutions align with VOX’s quality standards, technical capabilities, and customer expectations. Daily activities include guiding multidisciplinary teams, setting priorities, monitoring financial performance, and making key decisions on staffing, partnerships, and investments.

The Owner collaborates closely with BraveHub Group leadership and other VOX locations to coordinate cross-border initiatives, share best practices, and strengthen the global brand. This role also involves nurturing a collaborative culture, supporting career development, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience guiding multidisciplinary teams and fostering a collaborative, inclusive culture.
- Proven business management and strategic planning capabilities, including budgeting, financial oversight,



and performance monitoring.
- Background in ICT, digital solutions, or technology consulting, with familiarity in areas such as web development, mobile applications, UX/UI, or cloud platforms.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive business development initiatives.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian and/or other languages is an advantage.
- Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments and coordinating activities across multiple locations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a hands-on approach to decision-making and operational improvement.
- Knowledge of regional market dynamics in Bandung or Southeast Asia and familiarity with local labor and business regulations is beneficial.
