About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of projects across our business.

Key responsibilities

- Provide administrative support to project managers and project teams

- Coordinate project documentation, schedules, reports, and meeting minutes

- Track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables

- Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems

- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders

- Assist with procurement, invoicing, and budget tracking

- Support compliance and quality assurance processes

- Help prepare presentations, reports, and project communications

About you

- Strong communication and administrative skills





- Previous experience in a project administration or coordination role

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

- Experience with project management software is advantageous
