Sentinel Commercial Roofing is looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to support the delivery of commercial roofing projects across South East Queensland.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, communicating with people, solving problems and keeping projects running efficiently.
You'll work closely with our site teams, suppliers, subcontractors and customers to ensure jobs are organised, properly resourced and progressing smoothly.
This is a fast-paced role with plenty of variety and responsibility.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Scheduling projects, labour and deliveries
- Coordinating materials, equipment and subcontractors
- Communicating job particulars to crews, suppliers and customers
- Monitoring project progress and updating company systems
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software is required
- Full training will be provided on the company's project management system
- Assisting with project budgeting and cost tracking
- Managing paperwork, purchase orders and variations
- Supporting site teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Proactively identifying and resolving issues before they become problems

- Project information is accurate and up to date
