About Us

Eptec is a leading corrosion mitigation and asset protection company, specialising in the protection, preservation and rehabilitation of critical infrastructure assets.

Our Infrastructure Solutions team delivers complex remediation, maintenance and refurbishment works across water, Tunnels, bridges and other key infrastructure sectors.

Recent and current projects include the Sydney Water Vent Shaft maintenance program, Tunnelling packages, Hume Dam Penstock Refurbishment, Hawkesbury River Rail Bridge and other major infrastructure works across NSW and Australia.

About the role

We are currently looking for a confident and organised Project Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Solutions team, supporting the Sydney Water Vent Shaft team and the broader Infrastructure business.

Based from our Regents Park office, this role will work closely with Project Managers, Supervisors and operational teams to provide high quality project coordination and administration support.

This is a varied role where no two days will be the same. The successful candidate will assist with project documentation, reporting, purchasing, invoicing, project records, supplier coordination and general project support to help ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities The role will include:

- Supporting Eptec’s Zero Harm values and contributing to a strong safety culture.
- Providing project coordination and administration support to the Sydney Water Vent Shaft team and wider Infrastructure team.
- Assisting Project Managers with documentation, reporting, timesheets, registers and project records.




- Creating and processing purchase orders, supplier invoices and goods receipting.
- Supporting project cost tracking, forecasting, billing and invoicing processes.
- Obtaining supplier quotes and assisting with procurement activities.
- Maintaining accurate project documentation for internal teams, clients and stakeholders.
- Assisting with subcontractor documentation, communications and record keeping.
- Coordinating meetings, tracking actions and following up outstanding items.
- Acting as a key point of contact for project-related enquiries.
- Maintaining site personnel records, project files and general administration records.
- Supporting continuous improvement across project administration processes.

Skills and experience To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous project coordination, project administration or site administration experience.
- Experience in infrastructure, construction, engineering, asset remediation or a similar environment.
- Strong administration and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience supporting project teams with documentation, reporting, purchasing, invoicing or cost administration.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with site teams, clients,



suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A practical, proactive and team-focused approach.
- A qualification in business, administration, engineering or a related field would be beneficial but is not essential.
