Bayside Health invites first year Registered Nurses to join the Regional Graduate Nurse Program, a 52-week contract offering exposure to diverse clinical experiences within a rural health service.
The program develops critical thinking, time management and practical skills to consolidate practice, in a supportive team. We aim to retain graduates for ongoing employment after completion and provide opportunities for career development.
