Responsibilities

- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

- Oversee the execution of digital marketing projects, including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored marketing strategies that align with client goals.

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and optimize existing campaigns.

- Provide regular updates and reports to clients, ensuring transparency and ongoing communication.

- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

- Proven experience in account management or a related field,



preferably in digital marketing.

- Hands on experience in managing websites & implementing digital marketing strategies

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with a knack for prioritizing tasks effectively.

- Proficient in digital marketng consulting for SEO, SEM and social media management.
n
- Robust problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

- Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
