Selfco is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth across Victoria, owning a well-established broker portfolio and creating recent opportunities through broker relationships and active business development.

You will work in the third-party broker channel to build trusted broker partnerships, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored asset finance solutions for customers. A self-starter mindset, initiative, and energy are essential to excel in this role.
