Role Description This part-time remote Project Engineer role involves supporting engineering projects from concept through delivery, with a focus on planning, coordination, and technical execution.

The Project

Engineer will assist in defining project scope, preparing and reviewing technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met. Daily responsibilities include monitoring project progress, identifying risks, proposing solutions, and communicating updates to stakeholders in a clear, timely manner. The role may also include support for electrical engineering design, reviewing specifications, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. The position is fully remote, requiring effective self-management, disciplined time management, and the ability to collaborate across different time zones.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Project Management and Project Planning skills to coordinate tasks, manage timelines, and support delivery of project objectives.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Engineering experience,



including the ability to interpret technical requirements and support engineering design and implementation.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, present project updates, and interact with stakeholders in a transparent and professional manner.
- Candidates should possess foundational or advanced Electrical Engineering knowledge to contribute to design reviews, technical analysis, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent practical experience are beneficial.
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams, strong problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with common project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, or similar) are advantageous.
- Familiarity with UK regulations, industry codes, or international engineering standards, as well as an interest in roles involving visa sponsorship, is a plus.
