The Company:

One of Australia’s largest diversified builders, this nationally-established Tier-1 commercial construction group delivers an extensive range of projects valued up to $250M. Their portfolio includes high-rise apartments, mixed-use commercial, build-to-rent and student accommodation, large-format retail centres, industrial parks and hospitals.

This group's current SEQ pipeline takes them well beyond 2030 and as a result, they’re looking to bolster their delivery team with an experienced Project Engineer & Site Engineer.

Please note that this role will be a permanent ongoing capacity providing opportunity for continued growth with the business long term. QLD Senior Leadership Team will supply defined career development and career progression pathways into Senior PE or PM capacities (depending on career preferences).

Ideal Experience:

- Minimum 5 years of experience working for a commercial builder, developer or consultancy in a CA, PC, SE, or PE capacity.
- Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related disciplines.




- Experience overseeing the associated procurement, contract management, and financial management functions, ideally on commercial mixed-use, multi-residential, and/or mixed-use construction and development projects.
- Experience coordinating the associated on-site design, quality, and works progress processes, working closely with relevant on-site stakeholders (CM, SM, SF etc).
- Experience reviewing and interpreting construction drawings and specifications inline with identifying/resolving any potential design clashes.
- Strong understanding of the relevant technical construction methodologies and value management functions, focused on identifying design solutions/alternatives to reduce project costs and programme.
