The Role

We're looking for a Project Support Officer to join a specialised systems project team in Canberra. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys the detail of procurement and project coordination -- supporting the System Manager across a broad range of project and sustainment activities.

You'll work closely with end users, sustainment contractors and internal stakeholders, helping keep procurement, equipment tracking and project documentation running smoothly day to day.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development, preparation and review of procurement-related documentation, including RFT activities
- Generate Outline Agreements and Purchase Orders, and process invoice approvals in SAP
- Engage with equipment end users and sustainment contractors to facilitate support and warranty activities
- Manage equipment preparation, kitting, despatch and disposal through the Defence Supply Chain
- Support project plan documentation, correspondence, briefs and reports for committee consideration

Required

- Current NV1 security clearance
- Experience working in a high-performing project team, contributing to project outcomes
- Experience building trusted,



effective relationships with project team members and stakeholders
- High level of competence using Microsoft Office applications
- Defence experience highly regarded
