WARRRL (WA Return Recycle Renew Ltd), the not-for-profit organisation behind Containers for Change, is undertaking a strategic project to establish a clear and consistent approach to organisation-wide documentation governance and control.

This is an opportunity to design and embed WARRRL’s future documentation governance model, bringing greater clarity and consistency to how policies, procedures, frameworks, agreements and other controlled organisational documents are structured, owned, approved, maintained and retired.

The role will involve:

- Assessing the current documentation landscape and identifying gaps and inconsistencies
- Designing and implementing an Enterprise Documentation Governance Framework
- Establishing clear ownership, approval pathways, standards and lifecycle controls
- Developing consistent templates, drafting standards and documentation practices
- Working with senior leaders and SMEs to embed new arrangements across the organisation
- Assessing current systems,



platforms and information-management practices and recommending fit-for-purpose future-state arrangements

About You

- Experience designing and implementing enterprise governance frameworks, documentation governance models or organisation-wide documentation management programs.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and change capability, with the ability to build credibility and bring people with you.
- Comfortable working at both a strategic and practical level, translating governance requirements into practical frameworks, processes and controls.
- Able to work collaboratively with stakeholders to embed new governance arrangements and make them work in practice.
