Role DescriptionWe are looking for a strategic, analytical, and results-oriented professional to support project management and corporate strategy initiatives. The role combines strategic planning, business analysis, project coordination, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration to support organizational growth and the successful execution of key business initiatives.

Key responsibilities include supporting the development and implementation of corporate strategies, analyzing business performance and market trends, identifying growth opportunities, and translating strategic priorities into actionable plans. The role will also involve coordinating strategic projects, tracking milestones and deliverables, managing dependencies, and ensuring initiatives remain aligned with business objectives.

The successful candidate will prepare management reports, presentations, business analysis, and performance updates to support senior management decision-making. The role also involves identifying project risks and issues, monitoring KPIs, evaluating project outcomes, supporting process improvements, and coordinating with different departments to ensure effective implementation of strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of project management, corporate strategy, business analysis, and organizational planning.




- Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans, projects, and measurable outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business, financial, and market information.
- Knowledge of project planning, milestone tracking, risk management, resource coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or similar frameworks.
- Robust understanding of business strategy, market analysis, competitive analysis, and KPI management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for analysis, reporting, and management presentations.
- Familiarity with project management, BI, ERP, or data visualization tools is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Strong commercial awareness and structured approach to strategic problem-solving.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on execution, continuous improvement, and organizational growth.
