Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams through agile project management methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, prioritize tasks, and develop sprint plans.
- Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, retrospectives, and planning sessions to ensure team alignment and progress tracking.
- Identify and mitigate risks, remove impediments, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Robust understanding of Agile methodology (Scrum) principles and practices.
- 5-10 years of experience in IT Project Management or related field (e.g., software engineering).
- Experience working with JIRA or similar tools for issue tracking and project management.
- PMP certification preferred but not required; Prince2 or SDLC knowledge an asset.
