Project Manager – Commercial Fitout

We are representing a client where 90% of their work comes from repeat clients and referrals. In fitout, that number tells you everything — the projects are real, the clients come back, and the pipeline doesn't dry up between jobs.
They're now looking for a Project Manager to run commercial office fitouts and refurbishments end-to-end across Sydney.
The projects
You'll deliver fast-track office fitouts and refurbishments in the $5M to $10m range for top blue-chip clients, including work in live occupied buildings. Current secured pipeline runs through the next 12-18 months, so you'll know what you're walking into.
The role
- Own projects end-to-end: planning, procurement, delivery, handover and review
- Run designers, subcontractors and consultants to hit program, budget and client expectations
- Manage site operations, risk, compliance and stakeholder communication
- Report directly to Construction Manager,
with genuine exposure to the commercial and client side of the business
On progression: this seat is the pathway into senior delivery leadership. You'll split your week between site, office and home — typically 1-2 days WFH depending on project phase.
What you'll need
- Proven delivery of commercial fitout projects — ideally $5m + and/or live-setting tenancies
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or equivalent industry experience
- The communication skills to hold your own with designers, clients and subbies alike
