About the role

Level Edge Projects are a small Commercial Fitout and construction company looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team, working towards developing further client relationships, work on exciting and compelling projects and work to continue to build our business and brand. This is a permanent position.

Key responsibilities

- Building client relationships

- Developing new project scopes

- Managing and obtaining approvals for projects

- Tendering

- Attending project meetings and communication with clients

- Communicating and coordinating subcontractors

- Managing project programs to ensure delivery within the project timeline

- Quality control of projects

- Managing of onsite WHS requirements

- Managing project documentation and administration

About you





- Completed Bachelor of Construction Management or similar

- Minimum 5 years experience in commercial construction

- Experience in pub, club and hospitality fitouts preferable but not necessary

- Understanding of the Australian Standards and NCC

- Current driver's license

- Can read and interpret construction drawings and plans

- Experience with the NSW Planning Portal

- Proficient with use of Microsoft Office suite

- Reliable, proactive, strong work ethic

- Ability to work in a team environment, but also able to work on your own

- Excellent communication skills
