Senior Project Manager – Insurance 6-Month ContractWe’re looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a key insurance initiative from discovery and scoping through to mobilisation and delivery.

Working closely with a Business Program Manager, you’ll take ownership of the technology delivery for a commercial insurance product initiative within a large, established organisation.

The Role

- Lead the initiative through discovery, scoping and mobilisation
- Partner with the Business Program Manager to align business and technology delivery
- Define current state, requirements, scope and key dependencies
- Work across Product, Underwriting, Operations and Technology
- Shape the roadmap and build a clear, executable delivery plan
- Manage senior stakeholders, vendors and delivery partners
- Own risks, issues,



dependencies and project governance
- Drive the initiative from discovery → mobilisation → delivery/run

What We’re Looking For
- Insurance experience is essential
- Solid Senior Project Manager with a technology/change delivery background
- Proven experience leading projects through the discovery and definition phase
- Commercial or Business Package insurance experience highly regarded
- Strong business and technology stakeholder management
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and bringing structure to early-stage initiatives
- Strong delivery focus with the ability to move seamlessly from discovery into execution
