Our client is a highly regarded commercial construction company delivering new builds, refurbishments, heritage projects, and complex fit outs across Queensland.

With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for quality, innovation and delivering challenging projects, they are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team and take the lead on a significant new mixed-use development.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from construction commencement through to completion, working closely with the client, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project team.

You will be responsible for driving programme, cost, quality, safety, design coordination, and stakeholder management, while ensuring the project is delivered to the highest possible standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a significant commercial development, managing programme, cost, quality, and construction outcomes.
- Manage and coordinate consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Drive design coordination, buildability,



procurement, and construction planning through all stages of the project.
- Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships while managing project risks, variations, commercial outcomes, and reporting.
- Lead the project team to achieve a high-quality, safe, and commercially successful outcome.

About You

- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial construction projects, ideally $30M+.
- Strong experience across retail, mixed-use, commercial, or large-scale new build projects.
- Strong commercial acumen with proven capability across contracts, procurement, programme, and subcontractor management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with a robust understanding of buildability and project delivery.
