About the role

You will take ownership of delivering a finished electrical product which will be constructed in our facility in Western Sydney.

This is a Project Manager role where you will take responsibility of projects. This starts with understanding customers' requirements through to delivering the finished product to the customer.

Key responsibilities

- Developing and harnessing factory teams to work efficiently as a team to complete the project on time and on budget
- Understanding the scope, programme, construction and delivery risks
- Developing construction methods, logistics and resourcing plans
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers and project interfaces
- Owning programme, budget, forecasting and delivery performance
- Leading client and consultant meetings and managing these relationships
- Identifying and manage risks at an early stage
- Managing quality, safety and environmental requirements throughout the project
- Managing defects, Customer handover, Operating manuals, as-built drawings and final project closeout

About you

- 10+ years' project management experience in construction, civil or engineering projects
- Experience managing teams and project interfaces
- Strong understanding of programme, cost, risk, quality and safety




- The ability to identify issues early and deal with them before they become problems
- Strong commercial and contractual awareness
- Confidence dealing directly with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Sound technical judgement and an understanding of construction methodology and buildability
- Robust organizational and communication skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities while keeping the project moving
- Relevant construction management or engineering qualifications, current driver's licence and White Card
