The Opportunity

We are looking for experienced Property Managers who are confident managing portfolios of approximately 150–200 properties and who want to work within a genuinely well-supported environment. You will be responsible for managing approximately 150 - 200 properties pending your experience, with dedicated operational support allowing you to focus on your portfolio and clients rather than administration.

Key benefits include:

- Monday–Friday role
- Portfolio of approximately 150–200 properties
- $90,000–$110,000 package, depending on experience
- Work vehicle and fuel card provided, or car allowance depending on your requirements
- Dedicated Department Head providing leadership and support
- Leasing Consultants to support leasing activity
- Property Officers providing portfolio support
- Virtual Assistants to assist with administration
- No accounts responsibilities
- No expectation to generate new business
- Vault property management software

About You

We are open to both Property Managers and Senior Property Managers who have proven experience managing a residential property portfolio.

You will ideally have

- Experience managing 120+ properties
- Strong residential property management experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive and professional approach
- The ability to work autonomously while being part of a supportive team
- A strong understanding of compliance, legislation and best-practice property management
- A desire to work for an agency that genuinely invests in its people, systems and technology
