Open Roles & Key Responsibilities

1. Senior Project / Program Manager

- Strategic Project & Program Management: Lead and deliver complex, high-impact projects and strategic programs.
- Governance & Delivery: Oversee end-to-end governance, multi-stakeholder management, and ensure robust delivery frameworks across the full project lifecycle.
- Outcome Focus: Drive project performance to deliver key strategic, commercial, and operational outcomes.

2. Project Manager / PMO Specialist

- PMO & Governance: Establish, maintain, and enhance project management office (PMO) standards, methodologies, and frameworks.
- Reporting & Coordination: Manage project reporting, health checks, cross-project coordination, and resource/deliverable tracking.
- Execution Support: Assist project leaders and delivery teams with structured governance and operational support.

3. Project Controls / Program & Schedule Specialist

- Scheduling & Baselining: Develop, maintain, and baseline complex project and program master schedules.
- Performance Tracking: Implement robust project controls, earned value management (EVM), schedule analysis, and progress monitoring.




- Resource & Cost Optimization: Monitor schedule variance, critical path analysis, and cost/budget performance.

4. Risk Management / Benefits Realisation / Business Case Specialist

- Risk Management: Conduct threat and risk assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain risk registers across project portfolios.
- Business Cases & Feasibility Studies: Draft, evaluate, and present comprehensive feasibility studies, economic models, and business cases.
- Perks Realisation: Define, track, and measure tangible benefits throughout the project lifecycle to ensure ROI and value delivery.

5. Stakeholder / Change / Transformation Specialist

- Change Management & Transformation: Plan and execute structured organizational change strategies, impact assessments, and transformation initiatives.
- Stakeholder & Community Engagement: Manage key relationships with internal/external stakeholders, local government, and community groups.
- Business Analysis: Align organizational change with business processes to ensure seamless adoption and operational readiness.

Location & Key Candidate Requirements

- Location Preference: Priority will be given to candidates based in New South Wales (NSW) , particularly in Central West / Dubbo ,



or candidates located elsewhere in Australia who are willing and able to travel to these locations as required by project milestones.
- Public Sector Experience: Strong preference for candidates with experience in NSW Local Government , Australian Public Sector , or similar structured delivery environments.

Desired Qualifications & Credentials We welcome applicants with a strong track record of relevant project delivery outcomes. Highly regarded qualifications and methodologies include:

- Project Management Credentials: PMP®, CAPM®, or equivalent PMI certifications.
- Program & Portfolio Credentials: PgMP®, PfMP®, MSP®, or equivalent.
- Frameworks & Methodologies: Demonstrated experience applying PMBOK® standards, PRINCE2®, or structured PMO approaches.
- Agile & Scaled Agile: Agile delivery certifications (PMI-ACP®, Scrum Master) and SAFe® (Scaled Agile) experience where applicable.
- Change & Risk Credentials: Prosci®, CCMP™, Management of Risk (MoR®), or other recognized certifications in Change, Risk, or PMO Management.
