We are seeking a Project Recruitment Consultant. This is a full time 9 month role commencing mid September 2026 with the flexibility of hybrid working, and potential for extension based on project requirements
Key Responsibilities include
- Manage end-to-end recruitment projects, partnering closely with hiring managers from job briefing through to hiring outcomes.
- Lead candidate shortlisting activities, including collaboration with external shortlisting partners, while ensuring quality and consistency across the recruitment process.
- Coordinate technical interview processes, including scheduling, assessor coordination, documentation management, and stakeholder communication.
- Facilitate assessment centres and support the delivery of recruitment activities across a diverse range of professional,
technical, operational, and leadership roles.
- Review, quality check, and deliver candidate feedback, assessment reports, reference checks, and recruitment documentation to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Manage recruitment reporting, inbox administration, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and service excellence.
What you'll need to succeed
- End-to-end recruitment experience is highly regarded.
- Experience managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and assessment centres.
- Solid attention to detail and the ability to maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilience and the ability to work under pressure while managing competing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Exposure to client-facing, internal, or project-based recruitment environments.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on process improvement and delivering a positive candidate experience.
