About The Role We're seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive Property Administrator to join our dynamic, results driven team at Yagan Square. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional support to our Property Manager, tenants, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

What You’ll Do

- Process and manage tenant billing and recharges with precision and accuracy
- Maintain and update tenant compliance documents to ensure seamless onboarding and management
- Proactively manage arrears and maintain positive relationships with tenants
- Leverage your organizational skills to manage lease maintenance, AP invoices, and property documentation
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to Property Manager and tenants
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve invoice disputes and ensure efficient operations

What You’ll Need

- Proven administration experience, preferably in property administration
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
